Juan was transferred to the prison of Terni. He is accused of “association with the purpose of terrorism or subversion of the democratic order” (art. 270bis of the penal code), “act of terrorism with deadly or explosive devices” (art. 280bis) and “massacre” (article 285) for the attack against the headquarters of the “Lega Nord” party in Treviso in August 2018, of “possession of forged documents” (497bis) and of “carrying of weapons or objects to offend” (for a small knife, article 4 of law 110/75).
Manu was transferred to the Monza prison [this last comrade is accused of “personal aiding” (art. 378), in reference to the absconding of Juan].

The hunger strike for the closure of the AS2 section [“High Surveillance 2”] of the prison of L’Aquila continues [it was started by the anarchists Anna Beniamino and Silvia Ruggeri on 29 May, 2019].

The anarchists prisoners Alfredo Cospito, Marco Bisesti, Luca Dolce [since 29 May], Salvatore Vespertino [since 31 May] and Giovanni Ghezzi [since 30 May] also joined the hunger strike.

In our closeness, we will not publish or in any way give space to petitions, telegrams, faxes, mail bombings or any means of civil pressure aimed at emphasizing the current repressive situation; we consider these means not only useless but harmful, counterproductive and objectively enemies of anti-authoritarian thought and action, which unfold in a very different horizon.

We learn of the arrest of anarchists comrades Natascia, Beppe and Robert, which took place on 21 May, 2019, and was carried out by the ROS of carabinieri as part of a repressive operation called “Prometeo” (“Prometheus”). Some searches have also been carried out. The regime’s media report that the main accusation is of “attack with the purpose of terrorism or subversion”, as they are considered responsible for sending three bomb packages arrived in June 2017 to the p. m. Rinaudo and Sparagna (the latter is the public prosecutor in the trial for the “Scripta manent” operation) and to Santi Consolo, at the time director of the DAP (“Department of Penitentiary Administration”) in Rome.

Against all authority and repression!

In Turin and Trento, 14 people are accused of forming a subversive association, inciting crime, and possessing, manufacturing and transporting explosives to a public place. Furthermore, the operation “Scripta Manent”, where the public prosecutor’s office demands a total of 204 years in prison for the attacks of the Informal Anarchist Federation, and the operation “Panico”, where 3 companions are accused of having attacked a fascist library with an explosive device, is still running.

The time has come to elaborate further on our attack on Holosiivskyi district court in Kiev.

Among the commentaries on the attack, we’ve read more than once that some people don’t understand our motives. They don’t get how does Azat Miftakhov’s arrest in Moscow have anything to do with a courthouse in Kiev. We’ll try to explain, because it’s important to get this seemingly obvious message across.

Choosing the target:
We decided to go for a government court building. A lot of us have a good idea of what exactly is a courthouse today. Who among us hasn’t been in court? Who’s never had a friend or acquaintance on trial? Everyone felt this utter disdain for judicial robes, those who are fainter of heart – even fear. Why do we have to respect and accept them? Someone gave them the right to take our freedom and our lives, so now they sit there, up high, when you are languishing underneath, behind bars, with a watchdog in uniform hovering over you.

My veganism exists as a nihilist confrontation against the existing moral fabric of anthropocentrism and speciesism. When you set out at night with the intention of burning or putting something out of action, interrupting the paralysis inherent in everyday life, you never know exactly what you will find once you are on the street. I was arrested along with 7 other people in the umpteenth Digos [General Investigations and Special Operations Division] and ROS [Special Operations Group of Carabinieri], operation. Imagination never fails that scum (wish their health also failed them) and anyone who even just glanced at the newspapers knows very well how they went crazy this time too. But it must be said that although the papers read like a thriller (pretty third rate), they mention 3 events that have little to do with the imagination: the Molotov that flew over the Carabinieri barracks in Rovezzano in April, the ‘device’ that exploded at the casapound bookshop ‘il bargello’, where a specialized police bomb disposal expert lost an eye and a hand, and the fact that all those arrested are anarchists. Up until now Paska and I are the only ones to be held in jail.
