The Court of Cassation decided to commit Daniele for trial, concerning the decision of Court of Liberty [provincial appeals court]. Additionally, on January 10^th the judge for the preliminary investigations rejected the house arrest.

We have been informed, after the prison visits, that Marco Bisesti has had the disciplinary council on January 13^th, but he did not know its outcome yet, following the fact that he smashed with a coatrack several objects in prison office. This gesture was triggered by the installation of opaque windows which actually made impossible to look outside the building.

Kasacijski sud je odlučio pokrenuti sudski postupak protiv Danielea, u vezi odluke Suda Slobode [regionalni žalbeni sud]. K tome, 10. januara mu je istražni sudac odbio kućni pritvor.

Doznajemo, nakon zatvorskih posjeta, da je Marco Bisesti imao disciplinarno vijeće 13. januara, ali još nije upoznat s ishodom, zbog činjenice da je vješalicom razbio nekoliko predmeta u zatvorskom uredu. The anarchist comrade Alessandro Mercogliano informed us by letter that upon his arrival in Ferrara prison, November 19^th, he refused to gave his fingerprints and to took pictures of him. A few days later the prison authorities reported him with a penalty of 15 days to be served in solitary confinement.

Pošto prethodna izjava nije stigla, ponavljamo: Firenca 21.11 zapaljen bankomat Talijanske pošte u ulici Cento Stelle. Protiv deportacija, kaveza, kontrole i cenzure. Soliarnost s uhapšenima i pod istragom Op Scritpa Manent, Rim, Torino, Divineu, Carlu, Cedricu i svima koji se, kako unutra tako i vani, bore protiv autoriteta.

The comrade Alfredo Cospito, imprisoned in AS2 [high security wing] in Ferrara for kneecapping of Adinolfi and who recently received a new arrest warrant for the operation named “Scripta Manent” — an operation which has led, on request of the Turin Prosecutor’s office, to a new wave of prison guards censorship on the prisoner’s correspondence — writes to us that his texts are being systematically confiscated.
In particular, Alfredo has sent a long contribution for a new publishing project, a new anarchist magazine of agitation and of theoretical analysis, which should be published at the beginning of next year. Alfredo wasn’t aware that his letter has been confiscated until 10 days after he sent it, when he did not receive any answer from the addressees who, unaware, actually urged him to send them the welcome contribution. In other words, the head of the wing, whose sad and infamous job is to photocopy every incoming and outgoing letter for prisoners subjected to the censorship and to send a copy to the prosecutor Sparagna [in charge of the Op.“Scripta Manent”], decided that in this case the spying was not sufficient; that the comrade’s text was not to come out at all.
A decision that at least has the merit of shedding light to the repressive hypocrisy of the democratic regime. The Power is not interested only in repression over those actions which answer with righteous violence to the immeasurably greater violence that the State and the Capital perpetrate every day in order to preserve their domination. The Power, from the Turin anti-mafia magistrates to the miserable jailers in Ferrara, doesn’t even tolerate for the prisoner comrades to continue to write, to agitate, to provoke, collaborating with, maybe even confronting, the reflections of other individuals who are not willing to be subjugated anymore.

You will never be able to isolate imprisoned comrades.
We would have preferred to publicly announce the publication of our magazine at the moment when it would actually be ready.
We will go forward with our publication, all the more proud knowing that it is already making the bureaucrats of repression nervous. Awaiting more information, we learn that an anarchist comrade from France has been arrested in Bologna for the attack on carabineri barracks, November 27th.
According to the press the investigation, started in Rome, is trying to attribute his involvement in preparation of the device; the ROS of Carabinieri [special operations group of Italian gendarmerie] arrested him on a train Rome-Bologna on Saturday night. The pretrial detention in prison is justified by lack of domicile and by a possibility of leaving the Italian territory.
The prison where he is detained has not been spread at the moment; the updates will follow.

Anarhist iz Francuske uhapšen zbog napada na kasarnu karabinjera (10.11.2016.)
U očekivanju detaljnijih informacija, doznajemo da je uhapšen u Bolonji jedan anarhistički drug iz Francuske zbog napada na kasarnu karabinjera, 27. novembra.
Po riječima štampe, istraga koja je krenula iz Rima, pokušava mu pripisati upletenost u primpremanju naprave; uhapsili su ga karabinjeri ROS-a [specijalne jedinice, nap.prev.] u subotu noć na vlaku Rim-Bologna,
opravdavajući zatvorski pritvor nedostatkom prebivališta i mogućnosti da napusti talijanski teritorij.
Trenutno nije objavljeno u kojem se zatvoru nalazi, uslijedit će vijesti.

The transfer of comrades, arrested in operation “Scripta Manent”, from one prison to another is continuing. Yet another transfer, the comrade Alessandro Mercogliano was transferred from prison of Alessandria to prison of Ferrara, always in AS2 [high security wing], where are already held the kidnapped comrades Nicola Gai and Alfredo Cospito.
So, the sleepless and paranoiac nights of miserable prosecutor Roberto Sparagna are continuing, in order to get some clues, since he does not have even a half, he enjoys torturing the comrades with “prohibition to meet each other” (I would remind that Sandro and Marco in Alessandria, as well as Danilo and Daniele in Terni could never meet each other) and with continuous transfers.

As expected, they sentenced me to 14 months in prison for text I wrote immediately after the dissociation of some ambiguous figures.
I am charged with “apology of crime”, while the aggravation for terrorism and recidivism was not taken into account, as well as the aggravation for publishing the text on Internet (although the prosecutor Manotti had requested it), since the Renzi decree [prime minister], which increased the crime, was introduced after my publication.
Therefore, the will to prosecute comrades who write texts continues, if the inquisitors consider them disturbing.
The result of this whole story is that two comrades are in prison for the Action carried out against Adinolfi, that I been sentenced because I have defended this Action, and those figures who have written the dissociation, they still hang out at the occupied spaces.

It is typical to hear the usual whimpers from the first moments after an attack of repression carried out by the State and by those who protect it, such as the magistrates that accuse, investigate and arrest those who could be “harmful” to health of the State itself.
It is always the same old song, singed, stopped and singed again.
There are those who feel the need to distance themselves immediately from those hit by repression, and usually this attitude belongs to those people that magistrates probably do not even know (or as the saying goes “nobody gives a shit about them ...”) because their greatest effort is the punctual dissociation. Like any other “citizen” loyal to the State, this scum who calls itself “anarchist” believes the newspapers, the prosecutors and the cops who build frameworks, create scenarios and indicate the perpetrators of “evil”, and this scum immediately feels the “need” to point out what “anarchy” means, adding some dots on the letters “i”. However, there are also those who have the same attitude but they do not even bother to write something, to have a sleazy and dirty way out in every moment, through the slanders behind the back, tittle-tattle.
There are those who write some lines of tears recalling witch hunts and fabrications, there are those who write in solidarity and complicity tone and then disappear two seconds after sending “telegram of condolences”, there are those who use strong terms… and then?
“Solidarity” does not mean “condolences”, as we always say it is not a written word.
Solidarity means, when you open your eyes in the morning and think that in your everyday life you miss something, you miss a piece, you miss some friends, brothers and sisters, and above all comrades. And you miss them, not because they are far away, but because an asshole without a job decides overnight to be on “the State payroll” and locks up them in the next-generation camps.
Solidarity means to think about imprisoned comrades every day and to get them what they need, supports, letters, stamps, benefit events for economic support in prison and for defense costs, to break the isolation that the walls of reinforced concrete, bars, armored and guard dogs are trying to impose on them every single day.
Solidarity means this and much more...
Disappear after sending a telegram, write few lines just to clear a bad conscience and then disappear, these are acts of Christian charity; it is like say a prayer for the sick person or put some coins in the collection basket.

These pages shine a light on three anarchists presently sequestered in the dungeons of the neo dark ages as a result of the collusion between money lenders, science laboratories, judges and their henchmen.

When I translated and published the pamphlet Individuality and the anarchist group, signed by one of the CCF cells, Guerilla Urbana Cell, I added in a note that I didn’t do it because I agree with the content, but to make public how much this project, in my opinion, has turned away from its original form of tension to propose (or re-propose) an anarchist individualism which, in some ways, can be found in the pages of a different insurrectionist theory, but in this case approaching or even in some points leading to formal ideas, that is the formal organization.
Similar proposals (informal platform, structured and specific organization) have already been criticized, both in the writing of comrade Alfredo Cospito addressed to the Greek comrades and in the text of some comrades who made up the CARI-PGG, and recently in the last reflection, about the mentioned text, by the comrade of RadioAzione.
This following is just a collection of random thoughts which crossed my mind when I was translating the text, random pieces that do not compose a figurative mosaic, but a personal abstract image open to interpretation, because I do not possess the truth to be transmitted, certainly not to be commodify.
This pamphlet discusses various issues and many of them, from my point of view, erode the concept of individualism itself (both on theoretical and practical level). And those (at least, the authors of the text) who embraced the idea of ​​F.A.I., propagating the nihilistic version of anarchy, are now proposing to distort it, trying to redirect it in forms (structures) that are more appropriate, I dare say , to “communist insurrectionalism” than an anarchist one, perhaps more similar to the groups like 17N; trying to structuring the informal anarchy in platforms, fixed organizations, clusters, groups, sub-groups, test-groups etc. The text is an attempt to launch a proposal completely antithetical to F.A.I., but keeping the same adjective “informal”. Not because someone holds the “copyright” onto it, but because it eclipses everything informal and individualistic in this project. From my personal experience, if I think that a project does not meet my needs, I will be free create another one, without trying to convince others to adapt to my needs. In contrary, it would mean, for me, play politics.
I don’t want with these words, for the sake of anarchy, impose my ideas to someone. I just think it might be better for one who plans such a structured and fixed organization to give it, perhaps, more appropriate name. “Informal”, in document of F.A.I. in Italian language (”Open letter to the anarchist and anti-authoritarian movement”): “Furthermore, whoever takes part into the informal organization is a militant only when preparing and carrying out an action. The organization, therefore, does not affect the entire life and projects of the comrades (...) “. Then, if in some other language this concept has different meanings there were maybe some misunderstanding.
In this pamphlet individualism is corroded on several points, just to name a few, criticizing even the robberies done by anarchists for purely personal purposes, and not for the great cause. How selfish these anarchists are, those who satisfy their egos realizing their desires, simultaneously

So, to recap, the situation of imprisoned comrades for the operation “Scripta Manent” is as follows...
Alfredo and Anna stopped their hunger strike, carried out while deathly silence prevailed outside. They ended the hunger strike following the revocation of prohibition on meeting between the arrested comrades in the same prisons. Therefore, Alfredo could meet Nicola again, and Anna was able to meet Valentina.
Instead, the prohibition on meeting is still applied in prison of Alessandria, where Alessandro and Marco are detained, and in prison of Terni where Danilo and Daniele are being held, despite the latter should not be in the High Security section AS2 for the charges he is being investigated for.
The comrades receive mail almost regularly (some letters and some envelopes with hard copy of updates from Internet are blocked).
I would remind to write to comrades in order to break the isolation that the prison itself creates. I would remind as well to put in envelope everything the comrades need to write you back (envelope, paper and stamp), to save their money which they are unfortunately forced to spend on weekly shopping inside the prison.

Note by Anarhija.info: This letter was written during the hunger strike of comrade, started 3/10 and ended 25/10 when he was released from isolation, a punishment for his solidarity act with the CCF, and now he can meet the comrade Nicola Gai again (both in high surveillance wing). I should narrate the same old story about another fabrication. Instead, I want to talk about the reason why they were arrested. Brothers and sisters were arrested because they attacked, they were tired of waiting, they ignored the decisions of the majority and took action.
I remain optimistic and in high spirits because the logic of “1 + 1 = 2” tells me that the comrades who struck are still free, therefore they are able to strike again.
The power does not repress randomly. Today it wants to isolate and to annihilate part of the anarchist movement, a “small” as it may be it was able to break the chains that tied it to the “old social anarchy.”
A social anarchism that in suicidal and compulsive way looks for “consensus at any costs”. Diluting continuously its aspirations.
This vision that “never goes beyond” is very convenient for power, on the contrary it fears those anarchists who refuse that “consensus” ties their hands, because they believe that only out of the action (not made of abstract theories or searching-pursuing of “people”) can the strategy be born, the path to follow.
I don’t want comment the “charges” and so-called “evidences”. The only thing I would say is that brothers and sisters of FAI-FRI have always claimed with head held high, in front of black-robed pigs, their own merits, their own actions, taking the responsibilities, spitting in the pigs’ faces, as we did in Genoa.
My main priority is not to get out of prison at all costs, but to get out with head held high without having denied anything of what I was, and I am.
I will get out by hook or by crook, it will all depends on my strength, on my abilities, on the strength of my brothers and sisters outside, but definitely I will get out with head held high.
My ideal complicity goes to brothers and sisters of the “Cooperativa Artigiana Fuoco ed Affini”-FAI, to brothers and sisters of FAI-RAT(Rivolta Anonima Tremenda) and to brothers and sisters of Narodnaja Volja – FAI, whoever they are, wherever they are.
My ideal complicity goes to anarchism of praxis, which in new forms is rising in most of the world, after a long hibernation.
