18 aprile: abbiamo pensato a lungo che “Julie”, un’informatrice di polizia di Yatton, presso Bristol, dovrebbe ricevere una visita, ricordandola che non dimentichiamo, che non perdoniamo. Badger era rimasto, su suo invito, a casa sua quando era in fuga. Badger è ricercato per aver distrutto l’ufficio del quotidiano Bristol Post nel 2011, e per l’incendio di un trasmettitore. Come minimo gesto di solidarietà con l’anarchico ricercato Badger, le abbiamo lasciato la scritta “infame”, e sabotato la sua macchina. Speriamo abbia un incidente e rimanga paralizzata. Julie vive in via Barberry Farm 3, assieme al suo partner e figlio. Una vecchia slavata attivista pacifista, diventata una disgustosa traditrice che ha abusato della fiducia riposta in lei. Julie ha pensato che poteva proteggersi dall’attenzione della polizia fornendo informazioni, ma ha scoperto che i maiali volevano di più. Così ha fornito informazioni anche su altre persone che venivano in casa sua a trovare Badger, e la polizia si è assicurata di mandare la scientifica a prelevare il DNA. Infame, sarai ricordata come un’altra reazionaria che merita di vivere nello squallore. Speriamo che il tumore dentro il tuo corpo ti ammazzi e trasformi i tuoi ultimi giorni in più infelici che ci siano. E che muori sapendo che sei odiata. Altri attivisti (che però non abbiamo dimenticato) hanno protetto questa infame nel periodo della sua attività di informatrice, impedendo ai ricercati di sapere che Julie aveva tradito Badger e suoi amici. Milioni di vostre patetiche vite da attivisti non valgono un cazzo paragonate all’indomabile spirito di Badger.
Non molto lontano dalla casa di Julie c’è Davis Lane, Clevedon, dove si trova la polizia a cavallo con l’ippodromo, e vicino a questo un centro operativo di polizia speciale. Abbiamo bucato le gomme di quattro veicoli per trasporto di cavalli, e lasciato la scritta “A terra, AH AH!”. Alla faccia della sicurezza!

Sono state chiuse, un paio di settimane fa, le indagini per l’op. “Scripta Manent”, e quindi si è in attesa dell’udienza preliminare, in cui il giudice deciderà se rinviare a processo gli indagati.

Ripetitore Vodafone sabotato il 9 marzo a Bristol.

Circa tre settimane fa un ripetitore della Vodafone è stato sabotato con a Barton Hill, Bristol. Questo attacco contro il sempre più invasivo ramo dell’infrastruttura capitalista è stato ispirato dalle recenti simili azioni in Italia. In tutta l’Europa la Vodafone ha “fieramente” firmato un’ampia varietà di contratti a lungo termine con un numero di differenti forze di polizia.
Questo ripetitore, sulla strada di Regina Anna, è/era situato davanti all’edificio di Kenneth Steele, notevole unità anticrimine della polizia di Bristol, vicino alla stazione dei treni Temple Meads a Bristol. We learn from the correspondence with anarchist comrades in the AS2 [high security] of Ferrara prison, that with the renewal of censorship [March 6^th] for another three months, the grip on their correspondence started again, and many letters are seized.
In addition, they tell us that comrade Nicola Gai could be in isolation. We are waiting to get all the facts, as soon as the prison visits will be done.

From the comrades imprisoned for operation Scripta Manent we learn that on March 6 censorship of their correspondence has been extended for another 3 months.
As concerns news, magazines, pamphlets, etc., these are not delivered to the comrades, who are not even notified that they have been blocked.

As happens any time that power tries to block the path of the revolt that creeps like weeds, opening up cracks and disconnecting the straight secure roads of exploitation and oppression, it is necessary for those who still care about the life pulsating in those weeds to look each other in the eye.
Following the operation denominated ‘Scripta Manent’ we, some anarchists, decided to do a number of meetings. Those held in Pisa and Rome have produced various problematics. But obviously, happening in a context of ‘emergency’, i.e. in response to the arrest of eight anarchist comrades, it was difficult to find the space to go into them. Not for that should we lose the opportunity to find this space and create moments for deeper analysis.
The last phrase of the text calling for this series of meetings that started from Pisa read: ‘We believe that those who see the responsibility to claim the anarchist idea, its tensions and practices as their own need to meet up and discuss.’ Let’s ask ourselves a question: why do we consider this responsibility ours at the present time?
Our answer is clear. These past years in particular have been strongly characterised by a progressive shallowness that in time has led to victimization, dissociation, silence in regard to the latter, specific divisions between good boys and bad anarchists, etc. etc.
So, today more than ever, we think it is fundamental to firmly take our responsibilities as individuals who do not submit to resignation, expressing our will to re-establish what the anarchist struggle is.
Among the many things, remaining shoulder to shoulder with our comrades also means collectively taking on everything that they are charged with as part of our own struggle/life.
That’s why we are convinced that occasions such as this encounter and the previous ones, where, as anarchists, we talk to prepare an event but also look beyond the cycle of repressive operations, should be supported and promoted.
The trajectory that the State wants to put on trial by holding Marco, Danilo, Anna, Valentina, Sandro, Alfredo, Daniele and Nicola hostages is our own. We therefore call for a proud presence at the trial, always knowing that the struggle, the real one, the living one, is carried out at other levels.
We think that solidarity is a word that has been abused and now even causes confusion; what we have at heart is to continue to do what we’ve done in the past and create the occasion to carry on in the future. Free from any sense of devotion, let’s get rid of the logic of having to do solidarity; we don’t think that there is anything particular about staying close to comrades who are temporarily held in a phase that one consciously risks by living anarchy, and we are sure that any well-delivered blow creates a crack in the walls that dominion erects to keep us down inside and outside its cages.

Italija: Vijesti o zatvorenom anarhističkom drugu Danieleu (01.02.2017.)

Condannata, ieri mattina, dal Tribunale di Udine, un’anarchica di Udine a 20 giorni con sospensione condizionale per oltraggio a pubblico ufficiale per azione di contrasto al corteo di CasaPound per le foibe del febbraio 2015.

Udine [Italija]: Anarhistica osuđena zbog napada (21.12.2016.)
Osuđena, jučer ujutro, na sudu u Udinama, jedna drugarica iz istog grada, na 20 dana uvjetne, zbog napada na policijskog službenika tokom suprotstavljanja manifestaciji fašističke udruge CasaPound u sjećanje na fojbe, u februaru 2015.

FLORENCE: Raids carried out following the explosion of a device at “Il Bargello” [neo-nazi] bookshop. 1^st January 2017 at around midday the Digos of Florence turned up at three flats in the city and a house in the province of Prato. They searched the homes and cars of those who were there, looking for weapons and explosives. They found nothing apart from one instance, where they seized electrical material (cables, switches, bulbs) and various items (computers, ‘bormioli’ glass jar lids, beeswax…).
Five people were taken to the forensic unit in Florence where they were photographed and fingerprinted; after several hours in the police station they were requested to do a swab test on their hands to detect traces of explosive material. Four people agreed to it, whereas one of them refused so the police decided to seize the jacket they were wearing. At 8pm all five were released with investigation reports showing negative results.
The search of the house in the province of Prato also went on for a long time, followed by a clumsy attempt by the forensic police (who went there after the Digos of Prato and Florence) to do swab tests to look for traces of gunpowder on the hands of those being investigated. The cops wanted to do the test in the middle of a wood using cotton wool from an envelope that had already been opened. At their refusal to submit to the test, the four people were taken to Prato police station where – besides the material already seized – their coats were also taken. Charges being considered by the investigators are attempted murder, serious bodily harm and fabrication and transport of an explosive device. So far no one is known to have been declared under investigation.

BRESCIA: From the media of the regime we learn that after a year of investigation prosecutors from Brescia have put two anarchist comrades under investigation. They have been charged with attack with intents of terrorism and possession and fabrication of explosives, article 280, following an attack on the Polgai police training centre in Brescia, which took place in the night between 17^th and 18^th December 2015 with a bomb made with eight kilograms of gunpowder. The device caused damage to the door of the building. The attack was claimed by the anarchist comrades of Cellula anarchica acca (C.A.A) in affinity with the black international, and was in response to

The Court of Cassation decided to commit Daniele for trial, concerning the decision of Court of Liberty [provincial appeals court]. Additionally, on January 10^th the judge for the preliminary investigations rejected the house arrest.

We have been informed, after the prison visits, that Marco Bisesti has had the disciplinary council on January 13^th, but he did not know its outcome yet, following the fact that he smashed with a coatrack several objects in prison office. This gesture was triggered by the installation of opaque windows which actually made impossible to look outside the building.

Kasacijski sud je odlučio pokrenuti sudski postupak protiv Danielea, u vezi odluke Suda Slobode [regionalni žalbeni sud]. K tome, 10. januara mu je istražni sudac odbio kućni pritvor.

Doznajemo, nakon zatvorskih posjeta, da je Marco Bisesti imao disciplinarno vijeće 13. januara, ali još nije upoznat s ishodom, zbog činjenice da je vješalicom razbio nekoliko predmeta u zatvorskom uredu. Gestu je potaknula instalacija neprovidnih prozora koji zaista onemogućuju pogled izvan zgrade.

The anarchist comrade Alessandro Mercogliano informed us by letter that upon his arrival in Ferrara prison, November 19^th, he refused to gave his fingerprints and to took pictures of him. Suci ponovno odbijaju Divineu kućni pritvor, ovaj put u domu majke u Bologni (već su mu odbili u domu jedne drugarice). Kao izlika koriste se nedostatkom elektronske narukvice i njegovo subverzivno društvo u Bologni.
Čini nam se kako se na obzoru pojavljuje namjera da se Divineu organizira direktan put, u jednom smjeru, za Nigeriju. Nigeriju koju je napustio kao dijete, kada je došao u Italiju s obitelji.
Ako je to ono što žele, moramo učiniti da se to ne dogodi, bit će odgovornost svakog pojedinog Anarhista da djeluje u tom smjeru.
Idućih će se dana održati žalba protiv odbijanja kućnog pritvora.
Trenutno mnogo je Anarhista završilo u zatvorima italije države, ali pozivamo sve da ne ostave Divinea izoliranog, kao i mnoge druge anarhiste, čineći sve što je moguće kako bi se održao kontakt između unutra i vani...

Qualche aggiornamento sulla situazione di Divine Umoru, anarchico prigioniero nell’AS2 di Ferrara con l’accusa di detenzione di materiale potenzialmente esplosivo.
I giudici rifiutano di nuovo i domiciliari a Divine, questa volta a casa della madre a Bologna (già li rifiutarono a casa di una compagna). Come pretesti il fatto di non avere a disposizione il braccialetto elettronico e le sue frequentazioni sovversive a Bologna.
L’ intenzione che sembra esserci all’orizzonte per Divine è quella di organizzargli un viaggio diretto per la Nigeria, solo andata.

Soliarnost s uhapšenima i pod istragom Op Scritpa Manent, Rim, Torino, Divineu, Carlu, Cedricu i svima koji se, kako unutra tako i vani, bore protiv autoriteta.

The comrade Alfredo Cospito, imprisoned in AS2 [high security wing] in Ferrara for kneecapping of Adinolfi and who recently received a new arrest warrant for the operation named “Scripta Manent” — an operation which has led, on request of the Turin Prosecutor’s office, to a new wave of prison guards censorship on the prisoner’s correspondence — writes to us that his texts are being systematically confiscated.
In particular, Alfredo has sent a long contribution for a new publishing project, a new anarchist magazine of agitation and of theoretical analysis, which should be published at the beginning of next year. Alfredo wasn’t aware that his letter has been confiscated until 10 days after he sent it, when he did not receive any answer from the addressees who, unaware, actually urged him to send them the welcome contribution. In other words, the head of the wing, whose sad and infamous job is to photocopy every incoming and outgoing letter for prisoners subjected to the censorship and to send a copy to the prosecutor Sparagna [in charge of the Op.“Scripta Manent”], decided that in this case the spying was not sufficient; that the comrade’s text was not to come out at all.
A decision that at least has the merit of shedding light to the repressive hypocrisy of the democratic regime. The Power is not interested only in repression over those actions which answer with righteous violence to the immeasurably greater violence that the State and the Capital perpetrate every day in order to preserve their domination. The Power, from the Turin anti-mafia magistrates to the miserable jailers in Ferrara, doesn’t even tolerate for the prisoner comrades to continue to write, to agitate, to provoke, collaborating with, maybe even confronting, the reflections of other individuals who are not willing to be subjugated anymore.

You will never be able to isolate imprisoned comrades.
We would have preferred to publicly announce the publication of our magazine at the moment when it would actually be ready.
We will go forward with our publication, all the more proud knowing that it is already making the bureaucrats of repression nervous. Convinced that our complicity with Alfredo and with other imprisoned comrades it could not certainly be expressed in its whole joyful sincerity merely on the pages of a periodical.
