Non ci sono grosse riflessioni da fare su di un episodio repressivo, in fondo si tratta del semplice e ciclico presentarsi di azione e reazione – e neppure su quanto giochi sporco la repressione – altro fatto ben noto, al limite qualche nota a margine sullo svilupparsi delle sue tecniche e strategie.

Questo cercherò di fare, a più di un anno dagli arresti, a processo iniziato, aperta una breccia nella campana di vetro censoria e scoperte le carte giudiziarie, nella complessità della loro miseria, dopo lo scarno resoconto sullo scorso numero di Croce Nera e gli ulteriori sviluppi a cavallo della chiusura delle indagini e dell’udienza preliminare.

Il compagno anarchico Carlo di Marco ci fa sapere che oggi, 26/02/2018, al processo d’appello per apologia (in relazione al testo “A chi non si dissocia” come risposta ai “Puntini sulle i”, ovvero alle dissociazioni che alcuni genovesi presero nei confronti di compagni Alfredo e Nicola, che attaccarono Adinolfi) è stato assolto perché il fatto non sussiste (il P.M. aveva chiesto 3 anni e 2 mesi).
Entro 90 giorni la procura deve decidere se ricorrere in cassazione o meno.

Solidarietà con compagno Carlo e con chi non si dissocia!

Il compagno anarchico Carlo di Marco da Genova ci fa sapere che oggi, 7 febbraio, si è svolto il processo d’appello per apologia. Il P.M. ha chiesto 3 anni e 2 mesi. La sentenza sarà emmessa il 26 febbraio.

Ricordiamo che il compagno Carlo il 28 aprile 2015 ha subito una perquisizione effettuata dai R.O.S. indagato per “pubblica istigazione a commettere atti di terrorismo nonché pubblica apologia di un delitto di terrorismo, segnatamente istigazione a compiere azioni dirette (ossia atti violenti con finalità di terrorismo) nonché apologia del delitto di lesioni aggravate dalla finalità di terrorismo consumato in danno di Roberto Adinolfi in data 7 maggio 2012, e rivendicata in data 11 maggio 2012 dal Nucleo Olga/FAI-FRI”, in relazione al testo “A chi non si dissocia” (pubblicato sul sito informa-azione.info, e firmato col proprio nome) come risposta ai “Puntini sulle i”, ovvero alle dissociazioni che alcuni genovesi presero nei confronti di compagni Alfredo e Nicola, che attaccarono Adinolfi.

Lunedì sera, passeggiando tra i quartieri dei ricchi, cercavamo un modo per rovinare il loro sonno.

Non vogliamo saggiamente attendere un’ipotetica rivoluzione che verrà non si sa bene quando e non si sa bene come, come se dovesse piovere dal cielo. La vicenda del gasdotto che ENI e SNAM vogliono erigere lungo tutta la catena appenninica è pressoché sconosciuta anche fra coloro che lottano contro la civilizzazione e contro le mostruosità con cui il capitalismo ogni giorno avvelena le nostre vite.

Vorremmo cominciare a parlare di questo tema, non per fare la solita lagna cittadinista, ma per stimolare la giusta rabbia.

A rendere difficile la trattazione dell’argomento ci hanno pensato i “capoccioni” della Snam che contribuiscono a fare confusione. In effetti questo “coso” non ha nemmeno un nome. L’appellativo istituzionale dell’opera è Rete Adriatica. Un nome ufficiale che non dice nulla, dato che il gasdotto passerà per l’Appennino e non per il mare. Non che se fosse passato altrove sarebbe stato meglio, per quanto ci riguarda. Per rovesciare la mistificazione in piena neo lingua orweliana che gli stregoni del metano cercano di instillare, pensiamo sia giusto chiamare il “coso” gasdotto Snam, così che sia chiaro sin da subito chi sono i responsabili di un’opera tanto nefasta. Il potere non è qualcosa di fantasmagorico, ci sono i responsabili: hanno un nome e un indirizzo. Nel caso di specie si chiamano ENI, la multinazionale della morte che in tutto il mondo innalza la bandiera dell’italico imperialismo, e SNAM, la grande ditta nazionale che si occupa delle arterie energetiche con cui alimentare la mega macchina industriale nella Penisola.

We learned from Davide that he ended his hunger strike today, 29/11/2017.

During these 25 days of hunger strike Davide went from being 87kg body weight to 72kg.

Over the last few days Davide stayed mostly in bed, he experienced difficulty in movement and vision problems.

This morning, he was summoned by the director of the Augusta prison (Sardinia), Gelardi Antonio, and he was told that the solitary confinement has been revoked. Therefore, he will able to meet other inmates again.

On 16/11/2017 the SCRIPTA MANENT trial began inside the bunker courtroom of ‘Le Vallette’ prison in Turin. Imprisoned anarchist comrade Alfredo Cospito read a long declaration. Our comrade Paska is finally out of the cage; he has an order to reside in Martinsicuro, to report to the police station and be indoors at night.

We await and demand his total liberation.

From Davide’s weekly phone call with his relatives, we learn that:

Davide will continue the long-term hunger strike, started on November 4, until his total solitary confinement, by article 14bis, is revoked.

Our comrade calls on everyone for direct solidarity.

He strengths his closeness to comrades in AS2 [high-security prison sections].

He has repeatedly stressed the need for a revolutionary solidarity.

He is in high spirits, but he has already lost 13 kilos [28 lb].

Nel caso dell’incendio della volante di Quai de Valmy, andato a sentenza lo scorso settembre, due persone sono rimaste in detenzione. Una di questi, Kara è stata rilasciata martedì 14 novembre. L’altro, ancora in custodia, è stato messo da sabato in Sezione Disciplinare (il buco) di Fleury-Mérogis.

Sabato 18 novembre al mattino, i secondini entrarono nella sua cella. Gli chiesero di fare i bagagli per cambiare piano, in un momento in cui andava d’accordo con il suo co-detenuto, aveva appena avuto accesso allo sport e aveva finito solo allora di pulire la disgustosa cella in cui era arrivato alcuni giorni prima. Lo spostamento avrebbe significato ricominciare tutto da capo. Per questo rifiutò. Venne quindi portato con la forza da diversi secondini al buco. Questo lunedì è stato presentato alla commissione disciplinare. Accusato di “violenza fisica contro un membro del personale”, “ha rifiutato di sottomettersi a una misura di sicurezza”, è stato condannato a 20 giorni di buco, di cui 6 sospesi.

In these three years I was faced with choices which led me by the hand through a path fraught with crossroads and bifurcations.

Like on a minefield, I had to decide carefully where to step, with my pride and my self-respect at stake. The first choice I had to face with was whether I should continue to contribute, or let the prison overflow me, patiently waiting to get out. As limited as my situation is, I chose to continue to contribute through the written word. Once I made this decision I faced another crossroad: whether to confine myself — ecumenically — from this “high point” of my “status” (sic.) of a “revolutionary” prisoner — to bestowing blessings in each directions, applauding to every anarchist practice, paying attention not to make any enemies; or to use the weapon of critique, ever more harshly, trying to outline some analysis, to open some discourses. I chose the easier way (at least for me): openly push my critique to the extremes, at the cost of isolation (less letters, less information, less generic solidarity).

To the Court of Turin

Today, as well as for all the future hearings of this trial that sees me accused along with my brothers, sisters, but above all anarchist comrades, I will not give you the satisfaction of seeing my face in a courtroom of this tribunal.

I have never gone to the courtrooms where my funeral was being prepared in the past and I will not do so now!

I am anarchist, individualist, anti-authoritarian and above all I am for the insurrection, which has as one of its primary goals that of destroying places of death like this one and the prisons.

With 30 years of charges on my back, it may seem absurd to feel the need to communicate projects and considerations. With the insistent censorship that distorts everything I write and say, it may seem stupid and mad to continue to resolutely communicate and write considerations lending themselves to censorship. I need such stupidity and madness to feel still alive and participating.
I have only one choice, back to the wall: continuing struggling, continuing with every means at my disposal.

I got inspiration to write this text from the prosecutor Sparagna [in charge for Scripta Manent]; in his solitary “interlocutory — monologue” he claimed with ill-concealed embarrassment that he got us by process of elimination, by the “scorched earth” that the anarchist movement in Italy made around us. Is it possible that the anarchist movement here in Italy sank so low as to not feel empathy with comrades caught in a grip of repression, to think of us as a foreign body?
The truth can not be found in the “specious” and stupid logic of a prosecutor from Turin. The truth is hidden in the folds, in different expressions of solidarity that have been addressed to us, in the opportunity that even a wave of repression such this one could give us. This is apparent from many actions expressing solidarity across the globe to us, this is apparent from a few but significant solidarity statements that we received. At first glance these statements may seem like the usual solidarity for appearances’ sake, but at my eyes they become fully meaningful.
Maybe because of their origins, comrades with different projects, despite everything, were profoundly, directly, touched. Maybe because all these comrades are in some way part of this anarchism of praxis that keeps anarchy alive and kicking, and well reacting across the globe. For this and for many other reasons, those words of solidarity are no small things and can become an opportunity, especially if they can go beyond the repressive matter.

We find ourselves facing you in order to be judged. Guilty or innocent? But what are we accused of? In the thousands of pages produced by the prosecutor, over twenty years’ history of anarchist struggle in Italy are covered and not only, specific facts are mentioned to back up suppositions and conjecture, but in fact what do you want to convince yourselves of with all that mountain of paper? You want to convince yourselves that we are anarchists. That we don’t passively accept the system that governs us, the inevitability of man’s domination over man and nature. They are asking you to condemn the love that unites the human beings who share the unstoppable desire for freedom bound by their common contempt for authority. If that’s why we are here let’s put an end to this farce before it begins. We are guilty.

Oggi, così come per tutte le future udienze di questo processo che mi vede imputato insieme ai miei fratelli, sorelle ma soprattutto compagni anarchici, non vi donerò la soddisfazione di vedere la mia faccia in un’aula di questo tribunale.
