Prigionieri anarchici

Nella notte del verdetto che ha visto condannare una compagna anarchica a 7,5 anni per rapina in banca ad Aquisgrana, alcuni nemici del dominio e del capitale hanno preso le strade di Barcellona per esprimere la propria rabbia e solidarietà.
Negozi, banche e infrastrutture pubbliche sono state danneggiate e distrutte durante una manifestazione attraverso il quartiere gentrificato di Gracia.

Oggi, 7 giugno, il giudice ha pronunciato la sentenza per il caso contro i due compagni anarchici accusati di aver rapinato la Pax Bank ad Aquisgrana nel 2014. Mentre il compagno è stato assolto, la nostra sorella e compagna è stata condannata a sette anni e mezzo di detenzione.
Quello che questa sentenza chiaramente dimostra è che non solo i fatti sono stati processati, ma anche le nostre idee, idee anarchiche, nostri legami di solidarietà e il rifiuto di collaborare con il potere.
Nonostante la loro intenzione di schiacciare e reprimere le nostre idee e pratiche anarchiche, da parte nostra noi rimaniamo e rimarremo fieri e convinti di ciò che siamo e del perché lottiamo.
E questo è stato dimostrato nell’aula del tribunale con le nostre urla di rabbia e solidarietà, come risposta alla dignità che la nostra compagna ha mantenuto, salutandoci a testa alta e pugno chiuso mentre veniva scortata fuori dall’aula. Abbiamo espresso tutto il nostro disprezzo verso la corte per ciò che rappresenta. Speriamo che questa tempesta di rabbia i odio, e amore verso la nostra compagna, scoppi e si diffonda attraverso questo maledetto mondo.

In particolare, la Kalouta ha proposto la condanna per: omicidio colposo mentre l’aggressore si trovava in debole stato mentale; tentato omicidio di altri civili che avevano agito contro i rapinatori; rapina; appartenenza ad un’organizzazione criminale – la presunta partecipazione nella Cospirazione di Cellule di Fuoco; falsificazione.

On 2 June 2017, the DIGOS [politica police], by order of the Turin Prosecutor’s Office puppet, Roberto M. Sparagna, has launched the notifications against me and against six other anarchist comrades of mine, concerning a new inquiry.
Shortly, it’s about the closing of investigations of a further inquiry parallel to the one named “Scripta Manent”, focusing its attentions on anarchist web-sites RadioAzione, Anarhija.info and Croce Nera Anarchica.

Regarding Croce Nera Anarchica, the paper journal is also targeted, its printing and its distribution, some of its particular texts, and who organized its presentations in Italy.
The charges are for everyone: 270bis (subversive association with purposes of terrorism) in conjunction with the anarchist comrades under investigation in the first part of the OP. Scripta Manent for the same things, and 414 of penal code (criminal solicitation, always with purposes of terrorism), clandestine press, translations of texts, preparation, incitement, defending of criminal acts, conception and spreading through the web-sites and journals of ideological “insurrectionist-armed struggle” propaganda, money rising to support the imprisoned comrades. Furthermore, two of us are charged under the article 280 (attack with purposes of terrorism) for the attack against the courthouse of Civitavecchia, on 12 January 2016 signed by “Pyrotechnical committee for an extraordinary year F.A.I.-F.R.I.”.

A preliminary hearing for the trial in operation “Scripta Manent” will be held on 5^th June 2017 in Turin; the hearing is to decide on various charges, including ‘creation and participation in a subversive association’, several explosive attacks on carabinieri, politicians, journalists and companies involved in the construction of prisons and migrants’ detention centres – all claimed by the Informal Anarchist Federation , as well as instigation to commit a crime and attempting to defend criminal acts following pieces published in Croce Nera Anarchica. There are 15 people on trial, 7 of whom are locked up in AS2 sections in the prisons of Ferrara, Alessandria and Rebibbia. The imprisoned comrades are subjected to constant harassment and further restrictions in the communication between one another and with the outside. In spite of this, they are continuing the struggle against the system of domination and keeping up conflictuality through acts of revolt and contributions to the debate between anarchists and the enemy in authority.

In particular:
-In January 2015, 7 anarchists held in the AS2 unit of Ferrara, following noisy protests and strong confrontations with the guards, were given 15 days’ solitary confinement each in turn.
-In August 2016 anarchist Alfredo Cospito smashed the partition glass between the visiting room and the guards’ room in solidarity with the imprisoned members of the Conspiracy of the Cells of Fire; for this reason he’s soon to get 15 days’ solitary confinement.
-In the days following operation “Scripta Manent”, anarchists Anna Beniamino and Alfredo Cospito went on hunger strike to put an end to isolation and the prohibition for those arrested to see each other.
-In September and October 2016, anarchist Marco Bisesti refused to be subjected to a tuberculosis test on his arrival in the prison, following which he spent a long time in the basement of the Rebibbia prison.
-In November 2016, anarchist Alessandro Mercogliano refused to comply with the identification procedure (photos and fingerprinting) in the prison of Ferrara; he’s just finished serving 15 days in solitary confinement.
-In December 2016, anarchist Marco Bisesti damaged the windows of the screws’ office in the AS2 unit of Ferrara, where he’s being held. Not satisfied, as soon as he was in the cell he destroyed the opaque panels installed on the air vents. He too got 7 days in solitary confinement.
-From 3^rd to 13^th May 2017, anarchist Alfredo Cospito was on hunger strike against censorship, which had become more pressing after the end of the investigation; as a result, practically all incoming and outgoing letters are blocked

Il punto centrale dell‘udienza di 12 maggio era la deposizione dell’esperta biometrica, chiamata come testimone d’accusa. Innanzitutto, ha affermato che la qualità di immagini (delle telecamere di pianterreno dove si trova la cassaforte della banca) era molto cattiva e che avevano una risoluzione bassissima, e questo ha influito sugli esami biometrici.
Per quel che concerne la fisionomia del corpo, non è stato possibile determinare né la sagoma, né l’altezza, né la forma della testa a causa degli abiti che le persone presenti sulle immagini indossavano. Riguardo al viso della donna, ha dichiarato che è stato possibile confrontare solo le caratteristiche facciali della parte inferiore, dove non c’erano corrispondenze “notevoli”; c’erano alcune parti che potevano coincidere, ma queste sono molto comuni in tante persone, e perciò non è possibile dire se si tratta o meno di stessa persona. Riguardo all’uomo che appare nel video, le caratteristiche coincidono ancora meno. Secondo l’esperta, l’accusato e l’uomo sul filmato non sono la stessa persona.

We learn that Sandrone [arrested in op. “Scripta Manent”], as a consequences of his refusal to submit to the rituals of identification (photograph and fingerprint) on his arrival in the section AS2 [high security] of Ferrara prison, he was submitted to 15 days of solitary confinement, over the last weeks. At the present time, he is again in the section with other comrades.

Era 18 maggio maggio 2017 e abbiamo pensato a Kara e Krem, detenuti a Fleury, rispettivamente da 26 maggio 2016 e da 2 febbraio 2017, per l’incendio di una macchina degli sbirri in quai de Valmy.

Cercavamo qualcosa per fare un falò nel nuovo quartiere merdoso di Courouze, che hanno cementato in tutte le direzioni, Vinci, Eiffage e compagnia.
Alla fine abbiamo trovato una vettura blu (perché quelle blu-bianco-rosso girano di notte per le strade).
E l’abbiamo incendiata con piacere!

Abbiamo pensato anche alla persona sospettata dagli sbirri di aver gettato un fumogeno, e che ancora stanno cercando. ¡Huye, hombre, huye!
