The anarchist comrade Riccardo, arrested and imprisoned since 7 July 2017 for the days of riots against G20 in Hamburg, was released today (5 October), following the court decision that sentenced him to 1 year and 9 months, but with the benefit of suspended sentence.

It will be open but we donot yet know whether the judgment will be on the same day or will slip to another date. It depends on the hearing (in many cases they have been judged in a single day also because the defendants have confessed).
He will be judged by the second degree court that has sentences from two years upwards (in Germany the courts are divided into 3 levels based on the requested sentence, it is not a special court).
The formal charges are: breach of the peace, attack by assault and resistance.
Regarding mail censorship, there have not been any systematic blocks but some letters are blocked (so far they are 3, spread over time: a postcard, a letter, an envelope containing newspapers from Hamburg). Then envelopes containing counter-informative material and brochures were blocked.

</strong>“For the plague-stricken their peace of mind is more important than a human life. Decent folks must be allowed to sleep easy o’ nights, mustn’t they? Really it would be shockingly bad taste to linger on such details, that’s common knowledge. The bad taste remained in my mouth and I’ve kept lingering on the details, brooding over them.” Albert Camus, The Plague
On July 7th, 2017, begun the G20, another international summit, as many are held during the year, when a handful of world leaders meets to sit around a table, to pleas each other, sipping fine wines, talking about how to split the pillage of the lifeless planet that we live on. So, it happens that an Europe-wide neoliberal, Macron, shakes the hand with the genocidal dictator Erdogan in a well-furnished lounge while they shell agree on the strategies of suppression and violent repression of migratory transit routes from Turkey to west Europe; it happens that a nice conservative, Merkel, laughs at jokes of a racial rapist, Trump, while they decide how to devastate the ecosystem and poison the atmosphere beyond the point of no return; it happen that an authoritarian nationalist oligarch, Putin, receives a pat on the shoulder from the puppet Gentiloni while the first one gives few cubic meter more of methane in exchange of silence on the occasion of a next

Letter of the comrade Riccardo from the prison of Billwerder, Hamburg
‘Guard Gohlosh impersonated the most hideous wickedness: the wickedness at the service of the powerful of the Earth. A wickedness that could be converted to money. It didn’t belong to him any longer. He had sold it to more competent individuals who used it to enslave and mortify an entire miserable people. He was no longer master of his own wickedness. He had to guide it and direct it according to certain rules whose atrocity hadn’t changed much.’ (Albert Cossery – Men God Forgot – 1994)
At the moment I am being detained in the prison of Billwerder in Hamburg. I was arrested on Friday 7th July at 7:30pm near Rote Flora.
I am accused of insulting the State, endangering public security, of having played an active part in a group of fifteen people who challenged the police, in particular attempting to harm a policeman of the Special Unit of Bloomberg intent on carrying out arrests and finding evidence.
I don’t recognize the dichotomy ‘guilty-not guilty’ proposed by the State’s judicial apparatus.
What I want to say is that
